ADE 1.2.96 overhauls Activity into one four-state model with a desktop Activity panel, adds a native issue viewer, lets you move chats between machines from anywhere, and makes Windows updates and Remote Desktop sessions work reliably.

Activity

  • One four-state activity model, short pushes, and a single Live Activity; the notch is gone (#1524).
  • iOS shows the four states, a four-tile Live Activity, and push taps that land on the right chat (#1525).
  • A desktop Activity panel and ade notify (#1526).

Work

  • Native issue viewer: open, edit and create Linear and GitHub issues where you are (#1528).
  • Move chats to another machine from agents, the CLI, or your phone, with live state on the chat (#1509).
  • Answers stay out of the turn fold, questions surface behind background work, and background utility models work again (#1531).
  • Pasted files stay attached to messages (#1530).
  • Stacked PRs keep chat badges, allow merge override on any layer, show a cleaner stack strip, and the PR pane loads on other machines (#1535).
  • ade projects uses the machine brain instead of a headless fallback (#1532).

Windows

  • Updates are fast, visible, and survive a reopen (#1516).
  • The brain starts when you’re connected over Remote Desktop (#1534).
