- Reliable auto-updates. macOS now ships separate Apple Silicon and Intel builds instead of one universal bundle, roughly halving the update download. This fixes a case where the larger universal update could crash the macOS updater mid-download.
- Lighter install. The on-device voice dictation model (~141 MB) is no longer bundled — it downloads once on first use (from Settings → Voice input), shrinking both the app and every update.
- MCP servers in Claude chats. Claude chats now load your configured MCP servers, matching the ADE CLI.
- Remote ADE Code.
ade codegains remote launch support, so you can drive a Work chat against a remote machine. - Launch-conflict fix. When another ADE build — or a leftover background runtime — is hosting phone sync, the “stop the other brain” instructions now work regardless of where that build is installed, and correctly stop a
launchd-managed runtime.
