v1.2.14 ships the ADE web client, richer long-running agent activity, clearer compaction and transcript state, and stronger Cursor/Codex recovery on desktop and ADE Code. iOS stays on its current marketing version and gets a build-number-only TestFlight update with the new PR, Linear, Shell, web-pairing, and App Clip flows.

Desktop

  • ADE Web. ADE can now pair a browser over the same sync backbone as mobile, with PIN plus DPoP pairing, machine and project selection, remote Work/Lanes/Files/PRs access, ade sync web, Settings web-client controls, and production/development routing for the web shell.
  • Long-running agent activity. Claude chats now surface wake, cron, background-stream, scheduled-work, and retraction events across desktop and ADE Code, with event-driven updates and Chat Info rows instead of silent background state changes.
  • Codex and Cursor recovery. The Codex app-server upgrade adds newer safety, web-search, goal, subagent, handoff, rewind, usage, TUI, and mobile support, while Cursor SDK chats now report structured errors, recover missing resume state, and keep activity grouping stable.
  • Context compaction clarity. Desktop and ADE Code now render a shared compaction lifecycle, merge started/completed events across turns by compaction ID, and keep transcript rows, summaries, and subagent panels aligned with the backend state.
  • Search, lanes, and PR freshness. Universal search, slash badges, lane snapshot invalidation, CLI status in Live Activity, attention capsules, lane PR badges, and instant webhook PR freshness make active work easier to find and trust.
  • Runtime maintenance. ADE now has the foundation for brain self-updates, better runtime install handling, updated release-core packaging, and documented App Clip provisioning for future release runs.
  • Relay guardrails. Push and relay flows gained per-IP rate limits, daily spend caps, structured logs, clearer notifications, relay-everywhere polish, and fewer user-facing toggles.

iOS

  • PR detail rebuild. Mobile PRs now have a richer overview and activity view, cleaner merge/check/review state, stronger author identity handling, repeat-alert protection, markdown fixes, widget updates, and a first pass at mobile PR triage parity.
  • Linear and Shell on mobile. iOS adds the Linear pane and launch flow, queues Linear chat kickoff correctly, and exposes a mobile Shell launcher that reuses the existing CLI terminal surface while preserving project scoping.
  • App Clip pairing. The App Clip can scan ADE’s pairing QR, pair instantly, and hand off to the full app with the right connection state.
  • Work timeline fidelity. Mobile Work now understands Claude activity, scheduled work, compaction lifecycle rows, richer chat cards, transcript parsing updates, and widget Live Activity state from the same shared contracts as desktop.
  • Browser pairing from the phone. iOS can open a “Pair a browser” sheet with the current web-client link, QR, and pairing code, so an already-paired phone can bootstrap ADE Web without going back to desktop Settings.
  • Build-number-only TestFlight update. The mobile app keeps the existing marketing version for this release train and only increments the build number before distribution to TestFlight groups.
