Apple devices
- A real Apple device environment. Each lane gets its own simulator, created on first use and deleted when the lane is archived. One device pane in the tools pane has a picker, a labeled rail, live inspect, Home and Rotate, and recording with tap rings and typed-text badges. Start attaches, boots, and streams in one click.
- The web client can drive the stream, and the iOS app can view it. The CLI is now
ade apple;ade ios-simstays as an alias for one minor release.
Pull requests
- The PR detail view is redesigned on desktop, iOS, and the TUI around what happens next: a header card, a Needs attention block, a timeline split per push, and a floating dock for Merge, Comment, Reviewers, Labels, and Assignees.
- The Merge card guides but never gates. Merge anyway lists what it skips, and an admin can bypass rules.
- New draft, ready, and auto-merge actions:
ade prs draft|ready|auto-mergeand/pr draft,/pr ready,/pr auto-mergein the TUI.
Models
- Claude Opus 5.5, GPT-6 Sol, and GPT-6 Luna. Opus 5.5 is the default model. Opus 4.8 is dropped, and saved 4.x ids resolve forward.
- The model directory updates without a release. ADE bundles a model manifest and re-fetches it from GitHub, so new models and defaults arrive between releases.
- Pricing comes from models.dev only. Codex runtime is 0.156.0.
Usage
- Every signed-in account gets its own limits row. The top bar and the Limits popover list each Claude, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, Grok, and OpenCode login separately. The header mark is a thin ring whose arc grows clockwise with usage.
- A limited chat can continue on another account that still has room. A failed move rolls back instead of leaving an empty chat, and incomplete accounts are skipped when the handoff target is chosen.
- Cursor quota reads now authenticate correctly, and a second login without a window yet is kept instead of dropped.
Providers
- Claude Agent SDK 0.3.278. Asks that suppress the session-wide allow rule omit “Allow for Session” and never auto-answer from an earlier override. Plan mode refuses tools outside its allowlist even in a full-auto session. ADE-managed binaries receive the plugin list over stdin so the Windows command line stays under its limit, and startup failures report their reason.
- Bundled skills reach every provider. Dead skill roots are no longer advertised, the Claude skill listing drops duplicates and stays within budget, and Cursor, Qwen, and OpenCode receive ADE’s skills through their native mechanisms. Kimi and Grok remain unreachable because their only route writes the user’s config home.
Work
- Chat handoff is redesigned. Handoff controls move into the session menu, auto-handoff rules are pinned to the chat’s machine, and the rule editor lists the models and lanes that exist on that machine.
- CTO project memory lives outside the chat and the git repo. The brief, facts, and directed threads survive a restart and a cleared session, and the memory pane shows the brief as fields.
- The board’s Needs-you column no longer files ready and idle sessions as needing you.
- New-lane chats open instantly. The chat shows lane setup live and sends the opening prompt when the lane is ready. A retry after a restart never sends the prompt twice.
Automations
- Agent turns have no hidden time limit. Optional stop-after and stop-when-idle limits are on the agent step. A stopped or failed turn fails the run.
Remote connections
- A burst of PR webhooks no longer makes a remote connection flap.
- A removed computer can sign in again and reconnect. The device sign-in, re-pair, and machine removal now work in production.
Removed
- The Review tab and its AI review engine are retired. GitHub PR review, proof-artifact review, and provider
/reviewslash commands are untouched. Upgraded installs drop the dead synced tables, and older peers’ review changesets are ignored.
iOS
- Per-account usage rows and rings match the desktop, and the retired review tables are dropped on upgrade.
- The redesigned PR detail view with a merge bar, new-lane chat launch, the Apple device stream (view only), and the new models.
