v1.2.15 tightens release automation, fixes web-client pairing state when PINs are hidden, and brings a set of mobile Work improvements: image attachments, relay fallback recovery, dictation startup feedback, and safer text entry.

Desktop and CLI

  • Local-first release flow. ADE’s release skill now encodes the desktop and TestFlight release rules, including no-op detection, per-surface scope checks, patch-only desktop bumps, build-number-only iOS updates, and artifact verification before publication.
  • Web-client pairing state. The desktop Settings UI and ade sync web now report hidden configured PINs consistently, so paired web-client controls do not imply the PIN is missing just because it is not printed.
  • Release archive validation. The release workflow now validates runtime archives with the expected per-architecture paths and seeds the Claude SDK x64 sidecar for universal macOS builds, reducing false failures during packaging.

iOS

  • Chat image attachments. Mobile Work chats can attach images from the composer, show attachment trays in new and existing chats, carry attachments through kickoff, and preserve canonical chat state in sync.
  • Relay fallback without Tailscale. iOS sync can recover through the relay path when Tailscale is unavailable, with stronger remote-model decoding and regression coverage for relay-backed connection flows.
  • Composer input polish. Prompt fields now disable autocorrect where agent commands and triggers need literal text, reducing accidental substitutions in Work, Hub, Linear, and CTO flows.
  • Dictation startup feedback. The mobile dictation control now reflects startup and recording state more clearly while the recorder is preparing.
