# v1.2.66

> Release notes for ADE v1.2.66 - August 27, 2026

You can react to and edit pull request comments without leaving ADE, and open any lane in the editor you already have installed - including a lane that lives on another machine over SSH. Agents delegate through their own provider's subagents now, so short side-tasks stay in one thread. Two lanes on the same branch sit together in Work. The glossary and help chips are gone; hover tooltips took over.

## Pull requests you can answer

* **React to a description, a comment, or an inline review note** from inside ADE. If GitHub rejects the reaction, it rolls back instead of lying.
* **Edit your own comments.** Edit appears only when ADE has a GitHub login that can actually write, and the backend checks ownership before it saves.
* **Inline review threads carry their reactions too**, not just top-level comments.
* **`ade prs comment-edit <pr> --comment <id> --body "..."`** edits the same comment the UI edits.

## Open in your editor

* **Lane and session menus offer the editors you have installed**, detected rather than guessed.
* **A lane on a remote machine opens over SSH** in VS Code-family editors and Zed. Paired remotes and chats with no project stay out of the menu, because there is nothing there to open.
* **One Open in per menu.** A single-session lane no longer showed the same submenu twice.

## Delegation stays in the thread

* **Agents use their own provider's subagents for short side-tasks** - Claude's Agent and Task, and the Codex, Cursor, Droid, and OpenCode equivalents. A separate ADE chat is now for work that needs its own durable transcript, its own schedule, its own permissions, or a different provider.
* **A Claude subagent keeps its name and model** in the transcript, even when its lifecycle events arrive before the tool call that started it.
* **Drilling into a subagent transcript remembers where you were.** The parent's scroll position survives the trip, and a pinned child view opens at the tail.

## Work

* **Two lanes on the same branch sit together**, in a dashed cluster - the case where the same feature branch is checked out on two machines. Primaries and `main` stay unclustered.
* **A quiet lane stays next to its live sibling** instead of filing itself away alone. A pair that has both gone quiet shelves together.

## Help

* **The glossary page, help chips, and "Did you know?" hints are gone.** The Help menu is Docs, replaying the welcome, and tooltips.
* **Tooltips cover more of the app** - the shell, pull requests, files, and account actions - and show the keyboard shortcut where there is one.
* **Tooltips open on the side that fits** and stay inside the window instead of running off the edge.
