ADE 1.2.105 adds live voice narration, a redesigned model picker, and safe project moves.

## Chat and models

* Voice narrates the work while it happens (#1631).
* The model picker is redesigned, with Codex Ultrafast and recents in the @ menu (#1627).
* Claude five-hour capacity is balanced across your accounts (#1629).
* Plan mode ends after you approve the plan, and subagents inherit its access (#1622).
* Compact first queues your message instead of timing out (#1621).

## Projects and machines

* Move a project to a new drive safely (#1633).
* Updates never restart a machine that is already current (#1626).
